Establishment of Class E Airspace; Mosby, MO

This action establishes a Class E airspace area at the new Clay County Regional Airport, Mosby, MO, with a projected opening in late 1996. The FAA has developed Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) to accommodate a planned Global Positioning System (GPS) and a Non-directional Radio Beacon (NDB) at the new Clay County Regional Airport. This action will provide for controlled airspace necessary for aircraft executing the SIAPs at the new airport.
