Incidental Take of Marine Mammals; Bottlenose Dolphins and Spotted Dolphins

The U.S. government has issued an authorization to the Walter Oil & Gas Corporation to take bottlenose and spotted dolphins incidentally during oil and gas structure removal activities, as required by the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
