Amendment of Class D Airspace at Jacksonville, Craig Municipal Airport, FL

The Jacksonville, Craig Municipal Airport in Florida is modifying its Class D airspace area from continuous to part-time, following the FAA's transfer of airport control tower operations to a contractor in August 1996. The change affects the airspace below 700 feet AGL when the tower is not in operation, transitioning it to Class G uncontrolled airspace.
