EPA Solicits Public Comment on Arkansas State Plant Board's Request for Emergency Exemption to Use Metolachlor on Spinach

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on an Arkansas State Plant Board proposal to use the pesticide metolachlor to control weeds on up to 1,000 acres of spinach, following a three-year request for an emergency exemption.
