EPA Seeks Public Comment on California's Request for Emergency Exemption to Use Pesticide Pirate

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on a request from the California Department of Pesticide Regulation to use the pesticide Pirate to control spider mites on up to 10,000 acres of cotton in Kern County, California.
