No Environmental Impact Statement Required for Raccoon Island Breakwaters Demonstration Project

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, is providing notice that an Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared for the Raccoon Island Breakwaters Demonstration Project in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, as it does not meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant guidelines.
