US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review on Brazilian Agricultural Tillage Tools

The US Department of Commerce has completed its administrative review of countervailing duties on certain Brazilian agricultural tillage tools, determining that Marchesan Implementos Agricolas, S.A. received no subsidies, and will instruct the US Customs Service to liquidate all eligible shipments without duties.
