Certain Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From the Netherlands; Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from the Netherlands, covering the manufacturer Hoogovens, for the period August 1, 1994 to July 31, 1995. The preliminary dumping margin for Hoogovens is 9.26 percent.
