US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping Margin for Certain German Steel Plate

The US Department of Commerce has begun an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Germany, covering the Dillinger steel company, and found no dumping margin exists for Dillinger during the review period from August 1, 1994, to July 31, 1995.
