NASA Revises FAR Supplement to Align with Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act and FAR 15.6

NASA has revised parts 1815 and 1816 of the FAR Supplement to align with the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 and FAR 15.6, implementing recent changes and streamlining acquisition procedures, with an effective date 30 days after publication.
