USDA Declines to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Potomac Headwaters Watershed

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has issued a notice stating that an environmental impact statement will not be prepared for the Potomac Headwaters Watershed in Hardy, Hampshire, Mineral, Grant, and Pendleton Counties, West Virginia, as it does not meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
