Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Seeks Permit to Conduct Gill Net Surveys in Texas Waters

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) has submitted an application for an incidental take permit (ITP) under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) to conduct fishery-independent gill net surveys in Texas waters, which may result in the incidental take of endangered sea turtles.
