U.S. Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews on Live Swine from Canada

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded its administrative reviews of the countervailing duty order on live swine from Canada, determining a net subsidy of Can$0.0601 per kilogram for the period April 1, 1991 through March 31, 1992, Can$0.0613 per kilogram for the period April 1, 1992 through March 31, 1993, and Can$0.0106 per kilogram for the period April 1, 1993 through March 31, 1994, and will instruct the U.S. Customs Service to assess countervailing duties.
