William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program

This notice establishes processing deadlines for the submission of William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program promissory notes and electronic records to the Secretary for the 1994- 1995 academic year (Year 1) and the 1995-1996 academic year (Year 2). Any electronic records and promissory notes for loans made during Year 1 and Year 2 are subject to the deadlines contained in this notice.
