EPA Approves Maine's Waiver Request for Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a final decision to approve Maine's request for a waiver from the requirements of the Asbestos in Schools rule, allowing the state to temporarily exempt certain schools from the regulation.
