U.S. Commerce Department Announces Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Portuguese Uncoated Paper

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that The Navigator Company, S.A. (Navigator), the sole producer/exporter under review, sold uncoated paper from Portugal in the U.S. at prices below normal value during the review period, from March 1, 2023, to February 29, 2024.
