DOE Publishes Interim Personnel Assurance Program Procedures for Nuclear Explosive Duties

The Department of Energy has released interim procedures for its Personnel Assurance Program, designed to prevent nuclear accidents at facilities where employees with emotional or physical instability are assigned nuclear explosive duties.
