Calgene, Inc. Adds Genetically Engineered Tomato Line to Nonregulated Status Determination
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has added a genetically engineered tomato line to its list of nonregulated FLAVR SAVR TM lines, following an initial request by Calgene, Inc. for an interpretive ruling in 1992.
