FAA Proposes to Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Clinton County Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to impose and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Clinton County Airport in Plattsburg, New York, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Federal Aviation Regulations.
