U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Korea

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that pipes and tubes made from heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel from Korea were sold at or above their normal value during the review period, and invites public comment on the preliminary results.
