HUD Proposes Streamlining Rule for HOPE 3 Program

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development at HUD is proposing a rule to further streamline regulations for the HOPE 3 Program, which aims to improve the Homeownership of Single Family Homes Program, following the President's regulatory reform initiatives.
