Change in Controlling Agency for Restricted Areas R-5301 and R-5302, Harvey Point, NC

The controlling agency for Restricted Area R-5301, Albemarle Sound, NC, and its subareas R-5302A, B, and C, Harvey Point, NC, has been transferred from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Washington ARTCC, to the Norfolk Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Norfolk, VA, effective immediately.
