EPA Approves Washington State's Carbon Monoxide Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has redesigned the Central Puget Sound area to meet the carbon monoxide air quality standard and approved a maintenance plan to ensure the area remains in compliance, following a request from the Washington Department of Ecology.
