U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Brazilian High Purity Dissolving Pulp

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of high purity dissolving pulp from Brazil are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this preliminary finding, which covers the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
