EPA Approves Massachusetts' Plan to Reduce Air Pollution in South Boston

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which aims to control parking growth in the South Boston neighborhood and reduce air pollution from carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides.
