Wyoming to Partially Revoke Oil Shale Classification Order

The state of Wyoming is modifying its Oil Shale Classification Order No. 1, removing 85,787.99 acres of public land near Rock Springs, Wyoming, to allow for non-metalliferous mining activities under the 1872 Mining Law.
