PCC Extends Comment Period for Canal Toll Rate and Measurement Rule

The Panama Canal Commission is providing an additional 30-day comment period for the proposed toll rate and measurement rule, in response to requests from interested parties who felt the initial period was insufficient, and to allow for the submission of written comments until November 15, 1996.
