Solicitation of Nominations for Membership on the Ocean Research Advisory Panel

The Ocean Research Advisory Panel (ORAP) seeks nominations for its 10-18 member panel, which advises the Ocean Policy Committee and provides independent recommendations on ocean policy matters. The panel is established under the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, and members are appointed for up to three years, renewable once.
