Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development Redelегates Authority for Loan Guarantee Recovery Fund

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development is transferring its authority to administer the Loan Guarantee Recovery Program, which was established by the Church Arson Prevention Act of 1996, to the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development and the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Grant Programs.
