Request for Federal Outer Continental Shelf Lease Sale for Sand and Gravel Resources Extended to November 1, 1996

The U.S. Minerals Management Service (MMS) has extended the deadline for submitting comments on a proposed lease sale for sand and gravel resources on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) until November 1, 1996, in response to public requests for more information and local meetings to explain the proposal.
