Tekni-Plex Flexibles, LLC has submitted a notification to the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) Board to establish a production facility in FTZ 266, Madison, Wisconsin, for the manufacture of coated nonwoven materials for healthcare applications.
