Notice of Acceptance of Concurrent Jurisdiction

Notice is hereby given of jurisdiction changes on National Park Service (NPS) lands within Prince William County, Virginia. The State of Virginia ceded concurrent legislative jurisdiction over lands and waters, owned, leased or administratively controlled by the NPS within the boundaries of Prince William Forest Park and that portion of Manassas National Battlefield Park, located in Prince William County, Virginia.
