FHWA Extends Comment Period for Proposed MUTCD Amendment

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has extended the comment period for a proposed amendment to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) to February 15, 1997, in response to concerns from the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTCD) about insufficient time for commenters to respond.
