US Army to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Destruction of Non-Stockpile Chemical Warfare Materiel

The US Army is planning to prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the destruction of non-stockpile chemical warfare materiel containing chemical agent, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as amended, and will initiate a public scoping process for the PEIS.
