City of New Smyrna Beach to Transfer FTA-Assisted Land for Public Use

The City of New Smyrna Beach plans to transfer a facility to a public body for public use, following a provision in the Federal Transit Act that allows for the transfer of federally assisted land or facilities with no further obligation to the Federal Government.
