EPA Authorizes Contractors for Access to Confidential Business Information Under the Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has cleared five contractors to access confidential business information submitted under the Clean Air Act, including Environmental Consulting and Research Incorporated, Eastern Research Group Incorporated, Midwest Research Institute, Pacific Environmental Services, and Research Triangle Institute.
