NMFS Requests Public Comment on Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Monkfish Research

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comment on an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) application that would allow federally permitted fishing vessels to fish outside regulations in support of monkfish research, as proposed by Cornell University Cooperative Extension Marine Program (CCE).
