EPA Proposes to Restore Approval of Arizona's State Implementation Plan for Phoenix Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to restore its approval of portions of Arizona's State implementation plan for the Phoenix Planning Area, aiming to meet the national ambient air quality standards for particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 10 micrometers, as required by the Clean Air Act.
