EPA Approves Montana State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Montana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by Governor of Montana on May 22, 1995, which include changes to open burning rules and state regulations to address deficiencies and minor administrative amendments.
