Rules of Practice and Procedure: Correction

This document contains corrections to the final rule which was published on Tuesday, June 25, 1996 (61 FR 32656-32693). The rule revised Appendix A to Subpart C--Postal Service Rates and Charges of the Agency's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
