EPA Extends Public Comment Period for NSR Reform Rulemaking

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its proposed NSR Reform Rulemaking by 45 days, from October 21 to December 5, 1996, in response to industry requests for more time to review the complex proposed regulations.
