USPS Announces Harmonization Fees for International Package Delivery to Japan, Canada, and UK

The United States Postal Service is introducing a $1.25 per item fee for customs harmonization of catalog items shipped via Global Package Link to Japan, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with the option for mailers to perform their own harmonization using the Postal Service's CPAS software.
