FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Jetstream Model 4101 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Jetstream Model 4101 airplanes to inspect and replace the intercostal attaching the third crew member seat to the floor structure in the flight compartment, following a manufacturer's report on insufficient thickness and strength of the intercostals during emergency landing conditions.
