EPA Seeks Public Comment on Interim Guidance for Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund Implementation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input on interim guidance for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), a program authorized by the reauthorized Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) signed into law by President Clinton on August 6, 1996, with a budget allocation of $1.275 billion for fiscal year 1997.
