NASA to Rewrite Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement for Clarity and Streamlining

As part of the National Performance Review initiative, NASA is revising its Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement to clarify and simplify regulations on special contracting methods, labor laws, environmental and workplace issues, and data protection, with changes also affecting midrange procurement procedures.
