NASA to Rewrite Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement for Clarity and Streamlining

As part of the National Performance Review initiative, NASA is revising its Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement to simplify and clarify regulations on bonds, insurance, taxes, cost accounting, contract financing, and protests, with conforming amendments to solicitation provisions and contract clauses.
