EPA Deletes Portion of Tacoma Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 has removed a section of the Com Bay, Near Shore/Tide Flats Superfund Site in Tacoma, Washington, from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to a lack of significant environmental or health risks, according to the EPA and the State of Washington Department of Ecology.
