SEC Approves Chicago Board Options Exchange Rule Change Allowing Videotaped Responses in Exchange Investigations

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated, allowing subjects of exchange investigations to submit videotaped responses in lieu of or in addition to written responses.
