Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Disposal and Reuse of Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, Santa Ana, California

The U.S. Marine Corps plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the environmental impact of the disposal and reuse of Marine Corps Air Station El Toro in Santa Ana, California. The EIS will evaluate the effects of the proposed action, which is based on the Community Reuse Plan, and alternatives, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
