U.S. Continues Antidumping and Countervailing Duties on Chinese Kitchen Racks

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revoking the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China would likely lead to continued dumping and subsidies, causing injury to the U.S. industry, so the orders will continue.
